Parent Information Service
Michaela Marriott (Disability Information Officer based within the Family Information Service) is available for a parent information drop in at the Carer’s Centre on Mondays the 20th and the 27th of September 10.15am-11.45am
If you are a parent or carer with a child or children under 20, the family information service (FIS) can provide you with free, impartial advice and information.
They can -
- advise you about the types of childcare available in Hull
- help you find the right childcare to meet your family’s needs and budget
- provide information about dads groups and activities
- identify Ofsted registered childcare providers
- advise you on what help is available to assist with childcare costs
- help you to find leisure activities for your children
- provide information on finding a babysitter
- give you advice and information on a career in childcare
